Our History & Partners

Hudson Capital Group Ventures was established in 2020 during the early days of the COVID pandemic. Since our founding, we have deployed seven figures of capital into hospitality concepts, initially focusing on the NYC metro area. As we have expanded, we are now targeting larger opportunities across the nation. Our partners possess over a decade experience in luxury real estate development and hospitality private equity/hotel investment.
